♥ Us against the world
My mother thinks she is hilarrrrrious. So yesterday while sitting in my car relaxing before heading into my exam I "whatsapped" her (its an application that is available to lots of mobile phones - she just got a blackberry so I installed it for her, customized things in her phone to make life easier for her) but anyway, i whatsapped her sayingR: hey mom whats up! just waiting to go into my exam now. thought i would say hi and test your knowledge of your new phone, just so you know this message is coming from the green icon at the bottom of your home screen
and like instantly i got a message back saying
mom: are you underestimating my ability i have a high iq you know.. this phone is easy peasy chicken feet...
and then proceeded to put an angry emoticon to show me her "skills"
oh my mother... hahahaha she makes me laugh sometimes. and then i come home check my email and i see this email from her in my inbox saying "Isnt Jo the greatest?" :O what the.........feathers? so then again putting it right in my face telling me she's learnt to use the email i set up for her on her phone, oh deary me parents these days hahaha.
But anyway gaaaaah. i wish exams were over, this last exam is going to take forever to get to, but on a brighter note working mon, wed, thus and sat next week. and gonna be working 9-3pm in the last week before i head back to singapore too! i love my job, i cant express how happy i feel being in that environment and my saturday workfriends are the best! :) oh and also, i've been calling back home nearly everyday, so home sick! and i cant believe my cousins are going to america (san fran, san diego, florida, hawaii and basically every where in america i would love to go) and going ANYWHERE with them provides the best company ever :) but well nachan is going to be in singapore from when we get back to when the 3 monkeys get back from their trip so i get good company either way and OH sare's coming home soon too!

ps: this time next month i will be at home! to see everyone i love at home, to be in my ice box room away from the heat, being superly duper brown and being able to enjoy taking 3 long showers a day! ;)
pss: just 29 days away from sunny sunny singapore!
psss: is it just me or does the amount of communication and contact time with everyone just....... decrease, not just a little but A LOT? i miss all my daily cuddles and laughter!
