FRISKKKKKYYY LISKY!as i am typing this, i am thinking of what i should give you for your birthday/ thinking of what i should get here before i leave!!! so excited for our midsummer masqueraaaaade! yayyyyyy anyway beautiful girl! you've been one of the ones i'm closer to, and i'm so glad i've got to know you!! from our shrieks/ crazy moments to studying together (serious moments) to sad times when you're always there for me to talk to and vice versa, from rocking the dancefloor with our crazy killer heels, from pretty moments in photos :) becoming betterfriends with you is one of the best things that has happened this year! OH OH how could i forget to mention to bike rides with the awesome pink bike with a basket!!! hahahahahhaa good times girly. Marrrrrkieboy and you are adorrrrrrable. Werafillintheblanks and J.C HAHAHAHAH can you guess what that stands for? With you being the only one who knows all my friends in singapore so well, though you've never met some. With you being there with me at vivo on boxing day in 2007. Remember????? I have started smiling to myself. I also remember your dad giving me that "talk". To going through blooody year 12 together and being chem lab partners, always the first to finish our work :) and you stressing me out in maths. To the amazing week where you lived with me for 2 weeks (HAHA :D) To being posted to the same campus/ uni. To our pathetic 15mins on wednesdays :( the thought of it is so depressing HAHA and thinking back, how very pathetic. To commerce ball/science ball ($$$ ka-ching, next year we have to keep to our words). To you being part of the kitchen crew, and I shall crown you.. ok i will come back to that name. To our many sleepovers/exercise regimes/food galore/ano ideas/to your 60 page scrapbook that I love looking at whenever I go to yours and wish I could steal it back/msn and skype chats/our little squeals when (inserts situation here) ;)/ girly secrets. HAHA. Such awesome times and amazing memories. This year especially, I have grown so much closer, and in terms of best, yes you are my bestfriend :) Right now... bob the builder and post man pat operations. GOODBYE 2009, HELLO 2010
You belong with me was my highlight song of 2009 :) hence the title. Had an AMAZING year, which i'm sure couldnt have been any better, met a couple of the greatest people on earth! and friendships with certain people grew so much stronger. Though there were friendships that were lost in the midst of changes in environment, changes in life, changes in relationship status, changes in schools?, I honestly couldnt have been any happier, so thank you to each and everyone of you who played a part in making this year an absolutely magical journey
This is gonna be a long entry, so for those not ready to see wordssssss, you know what to do :) anyway one of the best years of my life. I remember the Psych/Med faculty welcome thing was on my birthday day. First thought, ahh bummer. I'm going to have no friends and gonna have the worst birthday ever :( but made my first two friends whom i'm still extremely good friend with on that day - Soph and Little Mel :) My two all time favourite uni girls :D Randomly bumped into Jeff that very same day just after I had made friends with soph! :) HAHA I remember soph and I making friends with this girl called "Saf" who has now refused to acknoledge us and has changed her name to "Ruth". Ahwells, people come and go right? But still whenever that comes up, it always puts a smile on both our faces!!! :D :D First event/going out thing together commerce ball! Boriss/Matt/PragMan HAHA and la di da soo dodgy. Mel's and my first clubbing experience together then her dad gave me a lift home after. Not long after was arts ballll!!!! APPPPLE! remember? I think everyone does, I was so nervous the whole night all I did was avoid avoid avoid, what i do best, but the picture at the end of the night summed it all up :) Such a goodnight though!!!!! Then was soph's birthday! where we watched angels and demons which made me jump a couple of times in my seat. HAHAH goodtimes. Then melissa's 18th!! Where lise and I had to go all the way to the city to get tiffany's! Science ball, where SO MANY of the kitchen crew people turned up!!! Was so close to a perfect night! :) Music was awesome! and the song that ellie and i requested played! but.. EVACUAATE THE DANCEFLOOR at athie's pres were amazing and when "you belong with me" came on that was pretty epic too! Cant find the video of us dancing to that for some reason, its def somewhere. Finding out about perseverance - friday night 90s night :D Meeting weird random guys there. Then going to the hawthorn more often then.. back to singapore in Sept where i had the best time ever (so much for me telling myself i will spend an hour studying everyday when i was there cause it was so close to exams - so didnt happen). Sleepovers at mel's which involved walks to wilsons and runs at lysterfield. V good and yummy food there.. when her dad is back :) Midnight talks till I fall asleep before she does and she gets pissed :P Kitchen crew outings, Bob the buildddderr can he fix it, and postman pat and his black and white cat (i think its right cbb verifying cause its too late). 30th of nov for mel, I am her walking diary/calender, too awesome. MSN! :) Becoming better friends with others while losing some as the year is so close to coming to an end. Finally, lots of family time with dad in america atm :) Having a ball here, and probs hawaii next year!!!! :) :) :) :) So excited :D Well this short paragraph pretty much summed up my year! So many more secrets which only a few people know that I cant say here.
Thank you to all the people mentioned above and those I have failed to mention due t poor memory, for making a huge difference. This year, one of the best yers of my life, def couldnt have happened without all of you special ones :) Here's to more happy times of us either being bestfriends/goodfriends or dominating the kitchen crew till we leave :) LOTS OF LOVE FROM ME :D :D :D :D
