Today is the day my bestfriend turns 19! this is the 10th birthday that's passed us and we're still friends which is truly a to the mazing, Amazing! Lets go back down memory lane, i'll do a brief summary cause most of what i want to say is in your card :)

1. Year 4 - Tennis together
2. Year 5 - Swimming
3. Year 6 - Swimming with Evelyn.w Hahahahhaa i could swear we hated her :P
4. Year 7 (sec 1) - Crescent / Cheena Nanyang
5. Year 8 (sec 2) - remember maznah? hahahhaaa
6. Year 9 (sec 3) - digusting OBS i hated it and you complained you couldnt go, and when i became friends with lydia yap!!! and sare :)
7. Year 10 (sec 4) - stupid O levels, while you were doing your I.P thing! and i found out i was leaving :( :( :( and i think this was the year when the train incident (with KQY,Hb,farrah and all happened - about the bangl*ah?) haha remember?
8. year 11 ( JC 1) - me moving to australia, but crashing Ac with you and krys! and the massive dinner party i had with all of you and sleepover? :)
9. year 12 ( JC 2) - last year of school! you doing A's and me doing I.B! stress stress and me calling you crying when stuff at school happened!
10. first year uni - NTU/Monash, meeting yg!!!!!!!! the boy dating my bestfriend :) my best schooling year so far! :)








Have you ever grown up with someone who was as rebellious as you, made fun of people, went into the jap/korean/taiwan/hk movies phase, had weird hairstyles, copied bits of chinese zuowen together? Change to slowly work hard, become more mature, daily text messages and phone calls to keep the friendship going amidst our busy crazy school schedules. I remember leaving and feeeling vvv sad, crying nearly everyday and then trying to adapt and cope with aust life and might have kinda.. left her out. I canoot believe how we're still bestfriends up till today. Shes one person who has completed half my life. From primary 4, i cannot believe i have never found a friend like char again :) Hahaha. I dare say she is the only one that holds my life together and i have never trusted any one else as much as i have towards her. Until today, she knows every single detail of what goes on in my life. Every problem with my friends/families/crushes/ my insecurities and secrets that i hide in a closet, but only let her in to. Haha and most of the time, i listen to her words. "Give this friendship up its not worth it", "Dont worry dont give up you can do it" "Give it a break, things will get better" etc. Shes an amazing best friend. Really love her very much. Very Very much.

So glad I've got you in my life, and wouldnt know what it would have been like any other way! Like we've always said, it takes two hands to clap, and similarly in a friendship, I wouldnt have been able to hang on to this amazing friendship if werent for you too :)

Charmaine Tan E Lin (cool chinese name btw, at least its cooler than mine :P) is really more than words. She's not only my pillar of strength, best friend and sister, but she's a huge part of me which can never be replaced by anyone else :)

hope you had a great day with your books 8) i'm kidding, after exams you can play hard! it'll be all over in a jifffy! then hello to europe for you, and hello to america for me, and see you in singapore in dec/jan! have fun tonight and dont do anything I wouldnt :D
